这是一场罕见又庄严的大功德。今晚为本堂老主席杨秀岩老先生举行隆重公祭。同时经乐股也啟建两天连宵大功德，此功德意义重大，所念经文除了献给杨老主席，也广邀灵界各方齐聚，听经受益，承蒙修德善堂中国大吴祖堂，星马总分堂，同德善堂念心社，各友堂及社团，数百人齐聚，共赴弔唁本堂尊敬的杨老主席的公祭。杨老主席温文有礼，乐善好施，贡身修徳，正直秉公，信誉载章，执事严谨，德业高崇，热心公益，仁善遣范，一代完人，功果圆满，愿师接引，蓬岛归宗，老菩萨深受后人尊敬和爱戴。他也鼓励年轻的一代推广慈善事业，关爱需要帮助的一群众生。这种大爱精神值得学习和发扬。谨此，祝愿杨老主席荣登极乐。

春祭祀典的行祭仪式，就是为人儿女在“清明时节”对先人的祭拜礼仪和尽“孝道”的义务。大家都知道，
“孝道”是自古至今为华人的社会最重视的传统价值观。行孝不仅是父母在生时的侍奉，更延伸至父母死
後的追思和祭拜。
The Spring Ancestral Worship Commemoration (“Qing Ming”) Ceremony is held for the family members to
worship their ancestors and express their filial piety.
“ Filial Piety” is a virtue that Chinese society has always placed great importance from Ancient Times. This
virtue should be practiced not only when one’s parents are alive but should also be continued after their
death through proper worship in their memory.
